A little about me
Hi! I’m Jezabel, part Spanish teacher, part host, and part over-thinker about what kind of coffee best pairs with verb conjugations.
When I created The Studio I wanted it to be more than just a Spanish classroom. My main aim was creating a gentle and welcoming space where people feel truly at ease.
I believe language flows best when we feel safe, seen, and curious. That’s why I design every session around you, your pace, your passions, and how you like to learn. Whether we’re exploring vocabulary through a craft, a conversation, or a project, I’m here to guide you and celebrate every step.
For me, teaching isn’t just transactional; it’s relational. I see the teacher-student connection like any meaningful partnership: built on trust, care, and a shared journey. When you find the right teacher, it’s like finding the right shoes, they either fit or don't and that's what makes all the difference.

More than a classroom, this is a space to feel at home where language comes alive through activities and experiences.

Stories From the Studio
I had the pleasure of being mentored by Jezabel over the last six weeks as part of a Spanish Bootcamp at Assurant. Their expertise and guidance were instrumental in my ability to learn skills that I am now able to implement for my own professional growth. They provided valuable insights, pushed me to expand my skills and always made time to offer support and advice.
Jezabel has outstanding presentation skills and their ability to engage the audience within the sessions made them an excellent coach. If you ever get the chance to be coached by Jezabel, I would definitely recommend it!

Jez did a fantastic job of delivering the Spanish boot camp lessons within Assurant. It was great to understand more about the Spanish culture and I would highly recommend attending if you get the chance. Very detailed throughout and she really takes the time to explain the background to ensure you understand and take this forward into further language learning. Great work as always Jez!

Well today we finished our 6th Spanish lesson and I just wanted to say "muchas gracias"! Your lessons have ben very informative and really enjoyable. You are a very good teacher, with lots of patience!. I now have a much better understanding of the language, especially the correct pronunciations. Thanks again.

The sessions were fantastic and very informative. I learnt so much about pronunciation rather than just trying to say a word and understand it's meaning. I'm much more confident now and also tell my friends/family about different words and sounds.

I really enjoyed this Spanish course. Jezabel was very detailed and clear in her explanation. I think I improved my pronunciation a lot thanks to the exercises proposed and I definitely learnt new things which I will continue to practice in the future. Thanks Jezabel! :)
